Role focus - Candidates must have the below experience * Experienced and skilled in working with children, young people and families taking a whole family approach * Effective practice in relation to engagement and working with children, young people and families * Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment - Able to support while confidently challenging professionals and families where required * Highly organised and able to meet deadlines * Able to use IT systems effectively to input data for recording, tracking and monitoring purposes - This post will be providing duty cover and pre-allocation support to families on the allocation list - This will include, for example, home visits, safety planning, support, guidance and signposting Candidate profile - Relevant social care experience in a UK local authority, community, safeguarding or provider setting. - Right to work, professional references and role-specific compliance before placement. - Children's services experience, including statutory, safeguarding, assessment or family support work where required. Pay and representation - Public rate shown: GBP 16.62/hr PAYE. - Verovian will confirm availability, compliance position, location fit and consent before any client submission. - Client identity and full submission details are handled through the recruiter-led process.
