Mou - Childrens Social Care - Advanced Practitioner - Newcastle in Newcastle, United Kingdom. This temporary Social UK opportunity is being handled by Verovian Social for a local authority or social care client. Role focus - 8 Advanced Practitioners for the Assessment teams, these roles would involve picking up duty work, such as attending strategy meetings, completing section 47 enquiries, attending ICPC’s at which point the family would then transfer to a longer term team - In addition to this they would be involved in issuing any care proceedings which would then transfer to the longer term team following the first hearing Candidate profile - Social Work England registration or confirmed eligibility where the role requires qualified social work practice. - Relevant social care experience in a UK local authority, community, safeguarding or provider setting. - Right to work, professional references and role-specific compliance before placement. - Children's services experience, including statutory, safeguarding, assessment or family support work where required. Pay and representation - Public rate shown: GBP 27.03/hr PAYE. - Verovian will confirm availability, compliance position, location fit and consent before any client submission. - Client identity and full submission details are handled through the recruiter-led process.
